1. Use of the Platform

The Platform is intended for lawful and professional use. By using it, you agree that you will:

  • Use the Platform only for its intended purposes.

  • Interact with other users respectfully and professionally.

  • Not upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or misleading.

  • Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself.

  • Not use bots, scraping tools, or unauthorized automated systems.

  • Not attempt to bypass security measures or gain unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access if these rules are violated.

2. Your Content and Rights

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

  • We are not responsible for content posted by users or interactions between users.

  • We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using the Platform.

  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Platform (if any).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

4. Account Termination

By You

You may stop using the Platform or delete your account at any time.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Engage in harmful or inappropriate behavior

  • Provide false or misleading information

We may take action without notice in serious cases.

5. Governing Law and Disputes
